**Job Description – Safety Officer**

We are looking for a **Safety Officer** for deployment at **Bhilai Steel Plant** to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment across project sites and plant operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Monitor and enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements and company guidelines.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.

**Qualification:**

• Diploma in Industrial Safety.

**Experience:**

• Minimum **3-5 years** of experience as a Safety Officer in large manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience in steel plants or heavy industries will be preferred.

**Location:** Bhilai Steel Plant
**Contract:** One-year tenure (extendable till project completion based on performance)
**Joining:** Immediate / As early as possible.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
