Safety Trainer - On Contract (Freelance)

**Role Type:** Freelance / Contract (On-site)

Suraksham Safety Solutions is looking for experienced and passionate **Industrial Safety Trainers** to join us on a **freelance, engagement-based role**.

**Role & Responsibilities:**

• Deliver **on-site safety training programs** at industrial plants across Chhattisgarh
• Conduct training sessions in sectors such as:
• Power Plants
• Steel Plants
• Chemical Industries
• Sponge Iron Plants
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and practical safety awareness among workers and staff
• Customize training modules based on plant requirements

**Eligibility:**

• Qualification: Any **Certified Safety Professional Course**
• **Minimum 10 years of experience** as a Safety Professional
• **At least 5 years of experience as a Safety Trainer**

**Preferred:**

• **NEBOSH / IOSH Certified Trainers** will be given preference
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on industrial safety experience

**Remuneration:**

• **Payment will be based on training engagement (per session / project basis)**

**Work Nature:**

• Freelance role with **on-site training delivery required**

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 1.0 – 16.0 per week
