Job Title: Business Development Manager – Payroll & Recruitment Solutions Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Field-Based Role with Extensive Regional Travel)
We are a fast-growing third-party payroll and recruitment solutions provider, offering end-to-end workforce and compliance management services to businesses across India. Our solutions are designed to streamline HR operations, ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, TDS, PT), and optimize employee lifecycle management through reliable, tech-enabled service delivery.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is based in Raipur or any major city in Chhattisgarh , with strong regional knowledge and a network in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, retail, education, or healthcare.
As a Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for our payroll outsourcing and recruitment solutions across Chhattisgarh. You will work closely with business owners, HR heads, and finance leaders to offer tailored workforce solutions—whether that's managing salary disbursements, onboarding existing staff under our payroll system, or providing compliant, contract-based manpower.
This is a field-intensive, result-oriented role ideal for someone who understands the local market , is fluent in Hindi and/or Chhattisgarhi , and can work independently while delivering measurable outcomes.
Proactively generate leads through local business networking, cold calling, market visits, and referrals.
Connect with mid-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and large industrial units across Raipur, Durg, Bilaspur, and other districts.
Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Managers, Admin Heads, CFOs, and Proprietors to present our payroll and staffing solutions.
Understand client pain points related to payroll, compliance, workforce management, or recruitment.
Promote the benefits of transitioning their existing staff to our payroll system for operational efficiency, legal compliance, and better workforce control.
Offer complete service packages covering salary disbursement, statutory registrations, contract staffing, recruitment, and compliance audits as per the government norms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across sectors including manufacturing, trading, education, logistics, and healthcare.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients seeking long-term manpower and compliance solutions.
Territory Mapping & Field Work
Travel extensively across Chhattisgarh (Raipur, Durg-Bhilai, Bilaspur, Korba, Ambikapur, etc.) Attend local business events, HR meets, and industrial exhibitions to create visibility.
Sales Conversion & Deal Closure
Manage end-to-end sales cycle—right from lead generation to proposal sharing, negotiations, and contract signing.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful service delivery.
Market Intelligence
Keep track of local employment trends, upcoming industrial projects, compliance updates, and competitor offerings.
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
MBA or PGDM in Sales/HR/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment services, payroll outsourcing, or staffing solutions .
Prior experience dealing with industries in Chhattisgarh is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of payroll concepts, compliance frameworks (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and manpower models.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English ; Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler for local travel.
Willingness to travel frequently across districts.
