Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining vehicle features, conducting test rides/drives, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
• Conduct test rides/drives for customers.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle delivery.
• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional activities and showroom events.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in automobile sales will be an added advantage.
• Freshers can also apply.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
