**Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)**

**Location:** Telibandha, Raipur
**Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a **Sales Executive** for a real estate company who will handle **field sales activities**, client interaction, and property bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct **field visits** to meet potential clients
• Explain property details, pricing, and project features
• Arrange and assist clients with **site visits**
• Follow up with interested clients for closures
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth processing of deals

**Requirements**

• Experience: **1 to 2 years in real estate sales**
• Must be comfortable with **field work (mandatory)**
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred

**Salary & Benefits**

• Fixed Salary: **₹15,000 – ₹18,000**
• Incentive: **1% on sales closure**
• **Petrol allowance** will be provided
