Job Purpose
Sales Manager – Home Loan and Suvidha LAP, Direct is responsible for sourcing Home Loan/Suvidha business from the bank’s existing customer base. This role focuses on relationship management, cross-selling, and customer engagement to drive business growth and profitability. The position requires strong coordination with internal teams and a commitment to delivering high service standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory norms.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Generate Home Loan/Suvidha leads through internal channels including branches, relationship managers, call centres, and loan centres.
• Engage with existing customers to understand financial needs and offer suitable Home Loan/Suvidha solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings to assess eligibility, financial standing, and property documentation.
• Ensure smooth processing of applications, documentation, and disbursement coordination.
• Deliver timely support and personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through cross-sell initiatives.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for efficient loan processing.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Maintain strong knowledge of Home Loan/Suvidha products, lending norms, and documentation.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities from existing customer relationships.
• Promote digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and relationship management.
• Utilize banking systems and customer management platforms efficiently.
Education
• Graduate Degree: Any stream
• Postgraduate Degree: Any stream (preferred)
• Professional Certifications: Preferred but not mandatory
Experience
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in BFSI, preferably in retail lending and customer engagement.
• Role Level: Manager / Senior Manager
