**Role Summary**

We are seeking dynamic Sales Managers for a premium multi-brand fashion retail store (sneakers, clothing, accessories & perfumes). The role demands strong expertise in store operations, data analysis, customer relationship management (CRM), upselling & cross-selling, and full adherence to retail protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective floor management and team leadership
2. Drive upselling & cross-selling to increase average transaction value
3. Manage complete store operations – inventory, visual merchandising, cash handling, opening/closing
4. Track and analyze daily sales data, footfall, conversion rates and prepare performance reports
5. Build long-term customer loyalty using CRM practices and personalized service
6. Ensure 100% compliance with all retail SOPs and protocols (hygiene, security, stock replenishment)
7. Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques and customer experience standards

Requirements (Ideal Profile)

1. 1-3 years of experience as Sales Manager / Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail
2. Proven skills in operations, sales data analytics, CRM, upselling & cross-selling
3. Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
4. Passion for retail & customer experience
5. Sharp, well-groomed personality
6. Awareness of homegrown & trending fashion brands (preferred)
7. Basic proficiency in Excel / POS systems

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
