**Job Description**Optimize current and future sales of Xiaomi products and accessories at retail by championing company solutions and creating a compelling shopping experience for consumers, through engaging and interactive demonstrations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
• Achieve sell-out targets by engaging consumers and selling Xiaomi products.
• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
• Manage personal sales target through on-going performance monitoring and pro-active corrective action plan implementation when required.
• Be a Xiaomi brand Ambassador by educating and informing consumers on new technologies, selling features and benefits of Mi products and accessories.
• Address general consumer enquiries and assist consumers in service-related enquiries (including after- sales).
• Collect and report store Mi data and competitive market intelligence
• Accurate Mi sell-out and inventory availability records.
• Competitors in-store activities, sell-out and price changes.
• Consumer’s feedback on Mi and competitive products.

Experience:

• Territorial familiarity in terms of geography or retailers preferred.
