**About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our FinTech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining financial products/services, and driving sales conversions. Fluency in at least one regional language (Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam) is essential to effectively engage with diverse customer segments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote FinTech products and services
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer support (preferably in FinTech, banking, or financial services)
- Fluency in at least one: **Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam** (mandatory)
- Basic proficiency in English and/or Hindi
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Sales-driven mindset with a positive attitude
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in selling financial products (loans, insurance, credit cards, etc.)
- Understanding of digital financial services and apps
- Graduate in any discipline
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
