Job Opening: Sales Executive (Telecalling & In-Shop)
We are looking for a smart, active, and hardworking person to join our sales team. You will be responsible for talking to customers on the phone and helping them in person when they visit our shop.
Your Main Tasks
Answering Calls: Pick up incoming customer calls and answer their questions politely.
Following Up: Call back customers who showed interest to help them make a decision.
CRM Entry: Use Bigin software to keep a record of every call and customer detail.
In-Shop Sales: When a customer visits the shop, you will meet them and help them with their purchase.
Reporting: Give daily updates to your seniors about how many calls you made and how many sales were closed.

Sharp Memory: You should be able to remember customer names and what they discussed with you.
Fast Learner: You need to learn about our products and how to use our software quickly.
Good Talker: You should be comfortable speaking to strangers and convincing them.
Active & Alert: You should be quick on your feet and ready to help at all times.
Work Environment
This is a dual role. You will have a desk for calling and data entry, but you must also be ready to stand and assist customers face-to-face in the showroom.
Role Overview
Location: Opposite Bank of Baroda, Santoshi Nagar, Raipur.
Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.
Employment Type: Full-time.
