Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor company budgets, create forecasts, and manage cash flow.
• Auditing & Analysis: Conduct internal audits, analyze financial data, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns and ensure the company complies with all relevant tax laws and financial regulations.
• Compliance: Ensure financial records and reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and statutory requirements.
• Financial Advisory: Provide management with financial advice, cost-saving strategies, and insights to support critical business decisions.
• Common Duties: Managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, maintaining the general ledger, reviewing contracts and processing payments, and ensuring the confidentiality and backup of financial data.
