Role Description:
As an Business Development Executive at MAITYS, you will play a key role in spearheading business growth within your designated region, in Raipur. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, establishing strategic partnerships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Building strong client relationships and providing exceptional post-sales service will be vital aspects of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute daily field activity plans and update progress through the FOS App.Conduct market visits to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees, healthcare partners, and referral sources.Identify strategic tie-ups and partnerships to expand business and strengthen brand presence.Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.Support franchise partners in business planning, operational setup, and performance improvement.Ensure adherence to company processes, service standards, and quality guidelines.Prepare and share daily reports on activities, leads, and target achievement.Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Franchise ManagementExperience in B2B sales, direct sales, or strategic partnerships preferredWillingness to travel extensively for field visitsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactiveValid driving license and own vehicle preferred
