Role: Senior Content Writer-Reviews (Consultant)

Koimoi.com is one of India’s top entertainment websites. We are known for covering insightful & unbiased reviews for the last 16 years.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Content Writer based in Mumbai who can write theatrical and OTT reviews for Bollywood, Hollywood & Regional movies (Hindi dubbed/subtitles) and entertainment articles for Koimoi.com (Bollywood Reviews is a must).
Someone who eats, drinks and breathes Entertainment! Along with that, a keen interest in TV & OTT space is a must.
Job Description:
Cover theatrical/OTT reviews on a monthly basis Write entertainment articles for Koimoi.com as per the assigned targets & categories. Cover Media Events in Mumbai and be willing to travel to other cities for media events as required. Should have written online reviews for a National/International platform of repute (kindly share the review links with the byline) Should have good contacts with PRs and be a regular on their media invite list Willing to conduct cast & crew interviews if required (video/audio/print) and should be a regular on their media invite list. Come up with creative ideas to expand the content on Koimoi.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in reviewing movies & writing content. Should have a solid command over the English language, vocabulary & grammar. Working knowledge of WordPress and familiarity with SEO/SMM is a must. Should be flexible to work in shifts as per the roster and at odd times as required for press shows/events. Should be quick to understand and prioritize content that matters. To be a great writer, you need to be an amazing editor first. Should be able to proofread grammar & language before publishing. You should know your readers! You should know who you’re serving in order to cook a delicious meal. Cut, copy & paste only look good on a keyboard. You should be able to create content that works. Experience with video content will be an added advantage.
