**About the Role**
We’re looking for a senior Data Analyst to help us understand how users interact with the TruLeague platform and uncover opportunities to make their experience smoother and more engaging.
The role primarily involves analyzing Hotjar session recordings — observing how users navigate the platform, identifying usability issues, bugs, or friction points, and turning those findings into clear, actionable insights for the product and design teams. This is not a coding or technical development role — it’s ideal for someone with strong analytical instincts, attention to detail, and curiosity about user behavior.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Review and analyze Hotjar live session recordings of TruLeague users daily.
Identify user behavior patterns, bugs, and UX improvement opportunities.
Prepare concise weekly reports summarizing key insights and pain points.
Suggest practical recommendations to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with the product team to prioritize findings and improvements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
