**Pahlajanis IVF Centre Bhilai required Senior Embryologist for Bhilai Location.**

• Perform IVF/ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and related ART procedures.
• Handle and optimize embryology lab operations with adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor embryonic development and select embryos for transfer.
• Maintain accurate lab records, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior embryologists and lab staff.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure best patient outcomes.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies in ART.
