Shree Sharda Group is a multi-asset family office looking for a Senior Equity Research Analyst with strong expertise in fundamental investing and IPO analysis.
RoleIdentify fundamentally strong companies for medium-term investments (3–4 quarter horizon)Analyze listed equities, sectors, earnings, and valuationsEvaluate IPO opportunities and prepare investment viewsGenerate high-conviction research-backed ideasRequirementsMinimum 5–6 years of relevant experienceStrong understanding of market cycles and business fundamentalsExperience in equity research / PMS / family office / institutional setup preferredFreshers & interns are not eligibleCompensationFixed salary + performance-based bonus
