**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable **Senior Finance Manager** for a reputed Coal Trading firm. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial planning, accounting operations, taxation, budgeting, compliance management, and financial strategy. Candidates must have extensive exposure to the **coal trading industry**, with a deep understanding of industry-specific financial processes and commercial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage complete finance and accounting operations of the organization
• Prepare and oversee financial reports, statements, and MIS reporting
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations
• Coordinate audits and maintain proper financial records
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for business growth
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation processes
• Manage banking activities and vendor payment processes
• Work closely with management for financial decision-making and strategic planning
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation
• Lead and manage the finance team effectively

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance management
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial software
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Mandatory experience in Coal Trading operations and financial management

**Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in finance and accounts
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Coal Trading industry
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Ability to handle multiple financial operations independently
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under deadlines
