**Job Title: HR Manager**

**Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month**
**Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur**

**Job Description**

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to manage overall HR operations and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PF/ESIC, labour laws, employee management, and compliance handling.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Handling PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & statutory compliances
• Ensuring compliance with Labour Laws and company regulations
• Managing HR operations, attendance, payroll coordination & documentation
• Recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement activities
• Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
• Preparing compliance reports and coordinating audits
• Maintaining HR records and legal documentation

**Requirements**

• 5–10 Years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC & Labour Laws
• Good communication & leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & HR documentation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
