**Job Description: Senior HR Manager**

**The Role:-**
As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall HR strategy and managing end-to-end human resource operations across the organization. The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing workforce dynamics, industrial relations, statutory compliance, talent management, and employee engagement. You will work closely with management and departmental leaders to build a productive, compliant, and high-performing workforce while fostering a positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:-**
- **HR Strategy & Workforce Planning:** Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring optimal workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:** Lead recruitment initiatives for plant and corporate positions, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent and seamless onboarding experiences.
- **Industrial Relations (IR):** Manage industrial relations matters, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution while maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- **Statutory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, and other relevant regulations.
- **Employee Engagement:** Design and execute employee engagement, welfare, recognition, and retention initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
- **Performance Management:** Drive performance appraisal processes, goal setting, employee development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
- **HR Operations Management:** Oversee attendance management, leave administration, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation.
- **Policy Development & Implementation:** Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with organizational goals and statutory requirements.
- **Learning & Development:** Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs to enhance workforce capability and leadership readiness.
- **Contractor & Workforce Management:** Monitor contract labour deployment, vendor compliance, workforce productivity, and manpower optimization.
- **HR Analytics & Reporting:** Prepare and present HR metrics, reports, dashboards, and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making.
- **Leadership Collaboration:** Partner with management and departmental heads to address workforce challenges, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:-**
- **Experience:** Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.
- **Industry Exposure:** Candidates must possess strong HR leadership experience within manufacturing or factory-based operations. Prior exposure to Rice Milling, Food Processing, Agro Commodities, FMCG Manufacturing, Packaging, or Engineering Manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.
- **Industrial Relations:** Strong understanding of labour laws, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and workforce management practices.
- **Compliance Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, labour legislation, and factory-related HR practices.
- **Recruitment & Talent Management:** Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee development, retention strategies, and succession planning.
- **Leadership Skills:** Ability to lead HR initiatives, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional relationships effectively.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- **Problem Solving:** Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills with a proactive approach to resolving workplace challenges.
- **System Proficiency:** Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other HR-related tools.
**Preferred Skills:-**
- Prior experience handling HR operations in a manufacturing plant, factory, or industrial setup.
- Exposure to contract labour management and workforce-intensive environments.
- Experience in employee engagement, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay: ₹19,137.24 - ₹73,716.75 per month
