ABOUT THE ROLE

CodeNicely is a fast-growing IT company in Raipur building software products and services for clients across India. We're looking for a driven, creative marketing & growth executive to own our brand presence, drive digital growth, and help us reach the right clients and talent. This is a high-ownership, zero-micromanagement role—you'll work across the full marketing spectrum, from content and social media to paid campaigns and SEO.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Social Media & Content
• Plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to grow CodeNicely's brand and following.
• Write compelling copy for posts, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns that speak to both clients and potential hires.

Performance Marketing & Paid Ads
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate leads and drive relevant traffic.
• Track ad performance, manage budgets, and iterate based on data to improve ROI continuously.

SEO & Website Growth
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic to codenicely.in.
• Collaborate with the tech team on website improvements, landing pages, and conversion optimization.

Brand Building & PR
• Build and maintain CodeNicely's brand identity across all digital touchpoints—tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Identify and pursue PR opportunities such as features, awards, and partnerships to boost brand credibility.

Lead Generation & Sales Funnel
• Own the top of the funnel—design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Set up and manage email marketing, CRM workflows, and nurture sequences to convert leads into clients.
• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any field—a strong portfolio matters more than pedigree
• Genuine passion for marketing, growth hacking, and building brands from the ground up
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can craft a great post and pitch an idea confidently
• Basic working knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
• Analytical mindset - comfortable reading data, drawing insights, and acting on them
• Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do next

GOOD TO HAVE
• Internship or freelance experience in digital marketing, content creation, or growth roles.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), email platforms, or basic HTML/CSS for landing pages.
• Blogging experience—ability to write long-form, SEO-optimized content that ranks and engages.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools to create social and campaign visuals independently.
