Key Responsibilities:
-Sourcing: Sourcing the different categories of photographers within the budget.
-Onboard Photographers: Facilitate the onboarding process for new photographers, ensuring they are familiar with company protocols and expectations.
-Cost Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with photographers to manage costs effectively while maintaining quality.
-Booking Photographers for Shoots: Schedule and confirm photographers for various shoots, ensuring timely and efficient bookings.
-Maintain Supply Sheet: Update and manage the supply sheet to ensure all data related to photographer bookings and costs are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
-Good Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in operations.
-Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively.
-Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets: Advanced skills in managing and analyzing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
