Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Experience: 4-5 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Develop and implement HR policies & strategies
Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC)
Handle employee relations and grievance management
Drive performance management and employee development
Ensure smooth onboarding & exit processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as HR Manager/HR Head
Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication & problem-solving ability
Preferred:
MBA in HR or relevant qualification
