Service Manager responsibilities for VinFast Electric Vehicle dealership
- Manage overall service department operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise technicians, advisors and support staff in daily service activities
- Ensure timely servicing and delivery of electric vehicles to customers
- Monitor repair quality and ensure work is done as per company standards
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution with satisfaction
- Coordinate with parts department for availability of EV components and accessories
- Maintain service records, job cards and warranty documentation accurately
- Ensure proper diagnosis and repair of electric vehicle systems including battery and motor
- Train service team on new EV technology updates and safety procedures
- Achieve monthly service targets, revenue goals and efficiency KPIs
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety standards and cleanliness
- Ensure proper use of diagnostic tools and EV specific equipment
- Coordinate with VinFast technical support for complex vehicle issues
- Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality continuously
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and timelines
