Service Team Manager at PC World

Experience in service team handling and engineer coordination.

 Ability to manage installation schedules and service activities.

 Handling customer complaints and service-related issues.

 Maintain daily service reports and pending call status.

 Assign work to engineers and monitor completion timelines.

 Coordination with billing and accounts departments after service completion.

 Experience in technical service support and project execution preferred.

 Candidate should have strong communication and management skills.

 Technical Knowledge is also mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
