Showroom Sales Executive For Jewellers - Raipur, Chhattisgarh

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive for a jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
Explain product features, pricing, purity, and designs to customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales support.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Manage inventory checks and coordinate with the stock team.
Follow company policies regarding security and customer service.
Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate.
Experience in jewellery or retail showroom sales preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with customer-handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
