SModi Infrasteel Pvt. Ltd. is a growing name in the PEB industry, delivering high-quality industrial and commercial steel building solutions across India. We are currently looking for a **skilled and result-oriented Site Engineer (PEB)** to handle execution of our projects at Raipur.

▪ Role Overview:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for complete on-site execution of PEB structures, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and coordination with all stakeholders involved in the project.

▪ Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise PEB structure erection work as per approved drawings
• Study and understand GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection details
• Ensure proper alignment, bolting, sheeting, and finishing work at site
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, fabricators, and clients
• Plan daily activities and ensure work progress as per project timeline
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site records, and billing inputs
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and site discipline
• Handle site challenges such as manpower issues, delays, and technical problems
• Monitor and control material usage, wastage, and site inventory
• Support in client coordination and site meetings

▪ Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in PEB projects (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of steel structures, connections, and erection sequence
• Experience in handling industrial / warehouse / factory building projects
• Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and reporting formats
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Self-driven, problem-solving attitude with ability to work under pressure
• Willing to relocate or stay at project site as required

• Candidates with experience in reputed PEB companies
• Exposure to multi-span buildings, heavy structures, and fast-track projects
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
