We are currently hiring B.Tech Freshers for execution of our ongoing and upcoming Industrial Shed / Warehouse / Factory Building Projects at Raipur location.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates who want to build their career in the Steel Building / PEB Industry and gain practical exposure in Industrial Construction, Structure Erection, and Roofing & Sheeting Work.

The selected candidate will assist in handling complete on-site execution of PEB / Steel Building projects including:

◆ Steel Structure Erection◆ Roof & Wall Sheeting Work◆ Industrial Shed & Warehouse Construction◆ Alignment & Bolt Tightening◆ Structural Finishing & Rectification◆ Site Planning & Daily Work Monitoring◆ Labour & Contractor Coordination◆ Material Coordination & Site Safety

Candidate should be willing to learn site execution activities and work closely with senior engineers and project teams.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━▪ Key Responsibilities:━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

◆ Supervision and monitoring of PEB steel structure erection work as per drawings

◆ Assisting in roof sheeting, wall cladding, flashing, trims, ridge, gutter, and finishing activities

◆ Understanding GA Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, and Erection Drawings

◆ Supporting site engineers in alignment, leveling, bolt tightening, and quality checks

◆ Coordination with labour teams, contractors, supervisors, and clients

◆ Maintaining Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material records, and site documentation

◆ Monitoring site safety and discipline

◆ Learning complete execution process of Industrial Steel Buildings and Warehouse Projects

◆ Supporting project completion and handover activities

◆ B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

◆ Freshers can apply

◆ Candidates interested in Industrial Construction / Steel Building Industry preferred

◆ Basic understanding of Steel Structures and Construction activities preferred

◆ Good communication and coordination skills

◆ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred

◆ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

◆ Candidate should be ready to stay at project site as per requirement
