Overall site execution and supervision of manpower.Ensure deployment of manpower as per contract/KRA requirements.Monitor daily activities, productivity, and work progress.Maintain attendance records, shift schedules, and deployment reports.Ensure compliance with SAIL safety rules, PPE requirements, and statutory regulations.Coordinate with SAIL department officials for work permits, shutdowns, and job execution.Ensure availability of tools, tackles, consumables, and equipment required for work.Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.Resolve operational issues and manpower shortages.Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.Maintain records of work executed and manpower deployed.Prepare supporting documents required for RA Bills/Monthly Bills.Verify attendance sheets, log sheets, and work completion records.Obtain certification/measurement from the concerned SAIL department.Coordinate with SAIL officials for Work Completion Certificates (WCC), Service Entry Sheets (SES), or Measurement Books as applicable.Prepare and submit bills along with supporting documents within the contractual timeline.Track bill status from submission to payment.Coordinate for clarification on bill observations raised by Finance, Purchase, or User Department.Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
