Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced **Site Supervisor – Civil** to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction practices, site coordination, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site work activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors.
• Maintain site progress reports and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor material usage and site safety practices.
• Resolve on-site issues and report project status to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum **3 years of experience** in civil site supervision.
• **Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering**.
• Good understanding of construction methods and site management.
• Ability to handle manpower and coordinate effectively with teams.
• Willingness to work at **Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh**.
