Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are hiring a Site Supervisor for our Raipur construction projects. The candidate must have strong experience in RCC structural execution, including Sariya and Shuttering work supervision.

The role requires strong site coordination skills, labor handling capability, and the ability to ensure quality and timely execution at site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise site execution activities and labor deploymentHandle RCC structure work including reinforcement and shuttering activitiesEnsure proper execution as per drawings and project timelinesCoordinate with labor contractors, vendors, and project teamsMaintain daily site records, progress reports, and attendanceMonitor quality, safety, and workflow continuityAssist in billing measurements and execution documentationResolve day-to-day site issues and execution challengesCandidate Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred2–5 years of construction site supervision experienceMandatory experience in:Structure WorkSariya WorkShuttering WorkGood labor handling and coordination skillsBasic MS Excel and reporting knowledgeAbility to manage site execution independentlyBenefits
