• Create **Instagram Reels (real estate focused)**
• Write hooks, scripts, captions (Hinglish)
• Understand what makes content **viral + engaging**

AI Marketing (Key Differentiator)

• Use:
• ChatGPT (scripts, hooks)
• Canva AI (designs)
• Basic AI tools (we train advanced)
• Generate **ad creatives using AI thinking**

Social Media Execution

• Handle posting
• Maintain consistency
• Improve engagement

Marketing Thinking (Important)

• Understand:
• Why people buy property
• What triggers leads
• Create content accordingly
