Job Summary
The Solar Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of solar energy solutions, including rooftop solar systems, commercial solar installations, and related renewable energy products. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase solar product sales.
• Identify and generate new leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
• Manage and guide the solar sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Coordinate with technical teams for system design and project feasibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with EPC partners, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new solar policies.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in solar/renewable energy industry preferred

Salary Range
Depends on experience, typically includes:
• Fixed salary
• Sales incentives / commission
• Performance bonus
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
