Job Title: Sr. Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
Reporting To: Accounts Head
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Handle finalization of accounts, balance sheet preparation, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accounting standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
