At BFSI, we are seeking both experienced professionals and freshers for the role of Stock Market Trader in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for managing client trading accounts and portfolios within the region, providing trading support, and executing orders efficiently. Job Title: Stock Market Trader / Equity Dealer Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh Department: Investments and Trading Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities • Client Interaction: Engage with clients from Bilaspur CG areas, taking and executing trading orders. • Market Analysis: Interpret and share insights from research reports, assisting clients in making informed trading decisions. • Trading Strategy: Implement low-risk trading strategies on an in-house platform, adjusting based on market conditions. • Risk Management: Maintain risk profiles, manage trade execution records, and provide feedback for strategy enhancement. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Experience: • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years in investment or finance. • Experience with manual trading and private banking (preferred but not required). • Skill Set: • Knowledge of Indian stocks, index, and basic Excel proficiency. • Ability to communicate effectively with Bilaspur clients in Hindi, or English. • Strong focus on quick, best-price order execution and a proactive approach to client servicing.
