**JOB DESCRIPTION – STOCK SUPERVISOR**

We are urgently hiring for the position of **Stock Supervisor (Physical & Computerised Inventory Management)** in Raipur.

**Job Title:** Stock Supervisor
**Job Location:** Guma Bana, Raipur
**Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Full-time, Regular Office Timing)
**Salary Package:** 30,000 – 35,000 per month (Based on experience and suitability)

**Job Overview:**

The Stock Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing complete warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accurate physical and computerized stock management. The role requires strong experience in steel material handling and maintaining precise stock records in coordination with different departments.

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Supervise overall stock and warehouse inventory operations
• Maintain accurate physical stock records and ensure proper storage arrangement
• Manage computerized stock entries and ensure daily system updates
• Monitor inward and outward movement of materials
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation of inventory
• Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records at all times
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts departments for smooth stock operations
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all inventory transactions
• Ensure timely reporting of stock status and discrepancies
• Support audit requirements and inventory checks whenever required

**Required Experience:**

• Minimum experience in **Steel Industry is mandatory**
• Hands-on experience with **TMT bars, plates, angles, channels, and related steel materials**

**Skills Required:**

• Strong command over **Excel and Google Sheets**
• Good understanding of inventory management systems and stock control processes
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge for reporting and data entry
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
