Location: Raipur/ onsite

we are looking for an experienced **Technical Manager** to lead engineering operations, system architecture, and project delivery for our Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and QA teams
• Manage system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and deployments
• Handle sprint planning and technical execution
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Java
• Experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Microservices
• Experience leading agile engineering teams
• SaaS/ERP platform experience preferred
