Tele-calling Executive (real Estate)

Roles and responsibilities - 1 Making a number of calls on a daily basis the cold calls 2 Effectively handling the assigned leads data 3 Maintaining a record and track of the leads conversation and response 4 Pitching the clients and the leads about products over the call 5 Convincing the clients for site visits 6 Meeting the regular calling specifications 7 Handling the customers queries and delivering information 8 Taking follow ups and keeping reminders over the calls and messages 9 Updating the feedback and remarks to the senior authority Note- This role is designed for female candidates only Freshers with good communication may apply Experienced candidates would be preferred Desirable traits- 1 Good communication 2 Pleasing personality 3 Convincing nature 4 Computer skills-MS Excel and MS Office Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 500 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
