telecaller (Bhilai)

We are looking for a proactive and confident Lead Generation Caller who can connect with potential customers, introduce our products/services, and generate quality leads for the sales team. The role requires solid communication skills and the ability to build interest over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Explain company products/services clearly (e.g., T-shirts, custom prints, etc.)
• Generate interested leads and pass them to the sales team
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Handle basic customer queries professionally
• Achieve daily/weekly lead targets

Requirements:
• Minimum 10th / 12th pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in Hindi / English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / calling apps
• Experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Confident, polite, and result-oriented attitude
