Job Title: Teller – Branch Operation
Location: Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh ( Depending upon availability in Raipur Zone )
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in banking, cash handling, or customer service
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct day-to-day banking operations including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
• Accurately manage and reconcile the cash drawer.
• Support walk-in customers and promote bank products at the Rajnandgaon branch.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and regulatory standards.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience in alignment with IDFC First Bank values.
Requirements:
• Graduate with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and banking software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Rajnandgaon.
