Territory Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, cold calling, and networking.Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and real estate developers regularly to generate leads.Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with industry influencers and business partners.Promote the company’s modular kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture solutions to potential clients.Conduct client meetings at project sites, offices, and residences to understand requirements and present solutions.Generate inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales orders.Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to close business opportunities.Coordinate site visits, measurements, and technical discussions with internal teams.Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.Maintain daily records of visits, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and sales status.Submit daily activity reports and weekly/monthly sales reports to management.Maintain professional appearance, communication, and business etiquette while representing the company.Work actively toward increasing company revenue, market reach, and customer satisfaction.Essential Skills & Qualifications:
