Job Description
**Dispatch Processing Executive (Contractual)**

Location:- **Tatibandh, Raipur, Chhattisgarh**

Employment Type:- **Contractual – 3 Months**

Preference:- **Local candidates from Raipur / Tatibandh area**

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Dispatch Processing Executive to support dispatch operations at our Tatibandh, Raipur location. The candidate will primarily be responsible for loading and unloading coordination, dispatch processing, material handling, and ensuring smooth warehouse/logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities.
• Supervise loading and unloading of materials/goods.
• Ensure proper handling and movement of inventory.
• Maintain dispatch records and documentation.
• Verify quantity and condition of goods before dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and operations team.
• Follow safety and operational guidelines during dispatch activities.
• Support smooth inward and outward material movement.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the dispatch area.

**Eligibility Criteria**

• Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate
• Basic understanding of warehouse or dispatch operations preferred
• Freshers may also apply

**Required Skills**

• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts and under operational pressure
• Basic documentation and record-keeping knowledge
• Physically fit for warehouse/dispatch-related activities

**Experience**

0–2 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or loading/unloading operations preferred.

**Joining** Immediate joining preferred.
