Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the hospital unit.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations.

Coordinate training and development programs for medical and non-medical staff.

Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy workplace culture.

Support payroll, attendance, and performance management processes.

Liaise with management to implement HR strategies aligned with hospital goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong background in HR within the hospital/healthcare sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of statutory compliances and HR best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
