Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Senior W2 IT Recruiters to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team. The selected candidates will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top IT professionals for our direct & Implementation US clients. The role requires solid knowledge of the US staffing industry, especially W2-based hiring models, along with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified IT candidates for W2 opportunities across diverse technologies and domains.
- Review and analyze resumes to match candidates with client requirements.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to understand hiring needs and delivery timelines.
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer discussion, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and negotiation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and recruitment trackers to meet performance targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment with a strong focus on W2 hiring.
- Hands-on experience working with direct clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a performance-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
