Location: Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹34,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream)
Working Hours: Day shift
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and digital channels.
• Engage in telecalling activities to generate leads and drive banking product sales.
• Recommend suitable products and services through consultative tele sales conversations.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients from Rajnandgaon and nearby regions.
• Work with internal teams to fulfill service requests and resolve client issues.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills with fluency in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Previous telecalling or banking experience is a plus.
• Background in tele sales will be advantageous.
• Age: 21 to 32 years preferred.
