Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Configuration Manager with deep expertise in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. This senior-level individual contributor role will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday solutions that support our global workforce. The ideal candidate will be a Workday subject matter expert who can work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions.

Summary Of Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules to meet complex business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with Payroll & Absence teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Perform impact analysis for current features and enhancements during Workday releases (R1 & R2).
• Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality assurance for all configurations.
• Provide expert-level guidance on Workday best practices and system optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR, to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and processes for audit and compliance purposes.
• Stay updated with Workday releases and new features; evaluate and implement new functionalities as needed.
• Participate in bi-weekly sprints.
