**Position:** Senior Sales Officer – Precision AC & Commercial AC

**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Senior Sales Officer** to drive sales of **Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) and Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC)** products. The role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales and business development for **Precision AC and Commercial AC systems**
- Identify and develop new customers including **data centers, IT parks, hospitals, industries, commercial buildings, and consultants**
- Manage and strengthen relationships with **dealers, distributors, consultants, and key institutional clients**
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and service teams for project execution and post-sales support
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Participate in negotiations, order finalization, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data
- Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and exhibitions when required
**Candidate Profile / Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)** or **MBA in Sales & Marketing** preferred
- **5–8 years of relevant sales experience** in HVAC industry
- Strong exposure to **Precision AC and Commercial AC sales**
- Experience in handling **B2B / project sales**
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and specifications
- Good understanding of tendering and consultant-based sales
**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Result-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
