**Job Description — Account cum Office Executive**

**Role Objective**
The Account cum Office Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations while supporting accounting and financial processes. The role ensures smooth coordination, proper documentation, and accurate maintenance of financial records to support efficient business operations.
**Key Purpose:**
Ensure seamless office functioning and accurate handling of financial records, supporting the company’s operational efficiency and compliance requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1) Office Operations**
● Manage day-to-day office activities and coordination
● Maintain office files, records, and documentation
● Handle courier, printing, filing, and routine office tasks
● Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
● Ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of office premises
● Oversee office maintenance activities
**2) Accounts & Financial Support**
● Maintain basic accounting records and entries
● Assist in invoice preparation, billing, and voucher entries
● Maintain financial data in Tally / Excel
● Support daily accounting operations
● Assist senior accountant with routine tasks
● Support in accounts reconciliation by verifying payments and records
● Help in financial year-end closing activities
● Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
● Coordinate with CA & CS for timely submission of statutory compliances within deadlines
**3) Documentation & Compliance**
● Maintain proper financial and office records
● Ensure all files are updated and organized
● Assist in audit-related documentation
● Maintain physical and digital records systematically
**4) Coordination & Support**
● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
● Assist in banking-related work if required
● Provide operational and office support to management
**Required Skills:**
● Basic knowledge of accounting principles
● Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, or other accounting software
● Strong documentation and organizational skills
● Good and clear communication with strong coordination ability
● Attention to detail and accuracy
● Positive attitude to complete tasks within required timelines
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
**Preferred Background:**
● B.Com / M.Com / Commerce or Finance-related Graduate
● 0–2 years of relevant experience
● Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
