**JOB DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE**

B.R. Commercials is part of the B.R. Group of companies (more details at https://brgroup.info/). We operate a high-traffic highway campus, featuring Haldiram’s, Burger King, and JioBP fuel station. Our fuel station has consistently been the highest selling Jio-BP pump in Chhattisgarh for the past year. In the same time-frame, we have also been the Jio-BP’s highest selling fuel delivery partner in all of India. Moreover, we are expanding our business by onboarding many new, international brands to our campus.

We are growing very fast, and the Accounts Executive will be critical to our continued success! Here at B.R. Commercials, we're looking for a talented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that's at the forefront of the fuel and convenience industry in India.

**OFFICE LOCATION:** Kapoor House, Choubey Colony, Raipur (CG) | City Office

**WORKING HOURS:** Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM

**SALARY:** ₹15k to ₹20k per month (based on experience)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• **Accounts Management:**Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.Check (not perform) the daily data entry of accounting records.Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping.Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.Communicate with clients for accounting support/ Ledger Reconciliations etc.
• **Audits and Compliance:**Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Maintain documentation for compliance purposes and support audit processes as needed.Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• **Taxation:**Support in preparation & filing of tax returns, GST, TDS, and compliances.Ensure all tax-related documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• **Support to Senior Accountant:**Provide administrative and clerical support to senior accountants.Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as required.

**MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:**

• **Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel (basic functions).**
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

**GOOD TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:**

• Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with financial audits and tax preparation.

**WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH:**

The accounts executive would be working with Yash Athwani, an experienced accountant with eight years of diverse industry experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is skilled in financial analysis, accounting software, GST compliance, and internal auditing. Yash has a track record of managing comprehensive accounting functions, overseeing financial transactions, and optimizing fiscal processes across various industries including FMCG, automobile, and pharmaceuticals.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
