Account Manager

**Job Title: Accounts Manager**

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

● Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

● Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting.

● Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.

● Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

● Maintain strong internal controls and optimize financial processes.

**Requirements**

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an IT company.

● Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.

● Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
