Job Description (JD) – Accountant

Role: Accountant Industry: Transport, Logistics & Travel Location: Kabir Nagar Gate no. 2, Raipur, CG Experience: 1–4 years (preferred in logistics/transport)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage billing, expenses, vehicle-wise profitability, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills and coordination with operations, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

•

Handle billing & invoicing with accurate MIS reporting

•

Track daily expenses (fuel, tolls, maintenance, etc.)

•

Calculate per vehicle profit/loss

•

Prepare overall revenue & P&L reports

•

Maintain vehicle KM, diesel & mileage records

•

Manage staff attendance & salary processing

•

Send invoices via email and ensure timely payment follow-ups

•

Assist clients with invoice-related queries and issue resolution

Required Skills

•

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

•

Experience in Excel / Google Sheets (must)

•

Familiarity with GST & basic compliance

•

Analytical mindset (costing, profitability tracking)

•

Good communication skills (client handling)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
